Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Order Only)

We stand behind our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your first ClearedRx order for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date you received your order.

To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

• Contact us at support@clearedrx.com within 30 days of receiving your first order.
• Include your order number and the reason for your refund request (optional, but it helps us improve).
• We will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Do not return the medication. Due to federal and state health and safety regulations, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned, reused, or restocked. Please dispose of any unwanted medication safely according to FDA guidelines.

2. Subsequent Orders: All Sales Final

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order only. For all subsequent subscription refills or new orders, all sales are final once the order has been processed by the pharmacy.

By law, we cannot accept returns of prescription products. Refunds are not available for subsequent orders once they have been dispensed and shipped, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Incorrect Medication: You received the wrong medication or dosage compared to your provider's prescription.
• Damaged in Transit: Your order arrived significantly damaged or compromised.
• Lost in Transit: Your order was lost by the shipping carrier and not delivered.

If any of these exceptions apply, please contact us at support@clearedrx.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

3. Provider Denials & Ineligibility

ClearedRx does not charge a separate consultation fee. If you complete the medical intake quiz and our affiliated medical providers determine that treatment is not medically appropriate for you, or if you are deemed ineligible for our services, you will not be charged, or any pre-authorization hold on your card will be immediately released.

4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

Most ClearedRx treatments are offered on an auto-renewing subscription basis (e.g., monthly or quarterly). You are responsible for managing your subscription.

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@clearedrx.com.
• Notice Period: To avoid being charged for your next refill, you must cancel or pause your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled processing date.
• Post-Processing Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription after an order has already been processed by the pharmacy, that order cannot be cancelled or refunded, and you will receive that final shipment. Your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

5. Lab Services (If Applicable)

If your treatment plan requires lab testing ordered through ClearedRx:

• You may request a full refund for lab orders within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet visited the lab or completed the test.
• After 48 hours, lab orders are generally non-refundable, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the test has not been completed.
• Lab orders expire after one year and are strictly non-refundable after that time.
