Shipping Authorization

All prescription medications are dispensed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Shipping is fulfilled upon pharmacist approval, and medications are considered dispensed when shipped.

ClearedRx is not liable for delays or errors during the shipping process. By providing your shipping address, you agree to these terms and authorize delivery to the address provided during your intake or subsequent updates.
